How the work moves — without leaving the asset
Most firms still run a spreadsheet fail list, WhatsApp photo dumps, and a quote typed somewhere else. Fail List owns that gap: the survey becomes a priced fail list, then a job that cannot close without proof.

Site photographs are atmosphere for the brand — not a customer’s job. Demo Fire in the seed is ours. We do not invent logos.
In the product today
The inspect–price–prove loop. Not the kitchen sink.
v1 does not claim timesheets, RAMS, BIM, accounting, or AI. It has to close the loop a contractor actually runs.
Drawings and pins
PDF drawings with overlay pins. Page, x and y in 0–1. Reload and they are still there.
Asset register
Fire door, fire stopping, compartment, or other site job. Fire-stopping assets can carry the product or system. QR and CSV when you already have a list.
Inspections that become defects
Checklists for fire doors and fire stopping. FAIL and OBSERVE create a defect with a photo, on the asset.
Quote → job lifecycle
Draft → Issued → approve lines → create the job. Priced from defects; issued quotes stay frozen.
Evidence standards
Each remedy defines the photos required. Jobs stay open until that set is on the same Asset id.
Assignees and My jobs
Assign tasks to people on the job. Operatives open My jobs for their list.
Shares and handover
Client and project register shares (revoke any time, no costs). Handover CSV or PDF of the living record.
PPM and multi-site
Recurring survey schedules with overdue flags. Portfolio view across sites for estates and FM.
Google and support tickets
Sign in with Google when it is enabled. Raise a ticket in the app and reply on the thread.

Price the fail list and run evidenced jobs. Quotes, rates and close-out live here.
On site
Inspect on the phone, queue checks when signal drops, and build the fail list with photos. A fail becomes the quote — not a note to type up later.
Client register
Multi-site share of the living register with the estate or client. Same assets and fails — no prices or costs.
Organisation billing
Create an organisation. Walk the loop on your own jobs.
One organisation bill — Crew £99/month or £990/year, Company £249/month or £2,490/year, Estate on invoice — not per door and not a second quoting tool. Cancel or update the card in the Customer Portal. VAT is not added at checkout until Fail List has an active UK VAT registration.
