We charge the contractor organisation for the whole loop — not a survey app plus a quoting tool. Crew and Company are card subscriptions; Estate stays on invoice.

How we charge

Fail List is one product with three views on one database: Contractor (quotes and jobs), On site (inspect and fail list), Client register (same assets, no costs). Your customers live in client folders inside your account. The subscription sits on that organisation.

  • Not per door or per penetration. Billing by asset would punish thorough surveys.
  • Not per generated quote. Inspect → fail list → priced quote is the happy path. A per-quote fee would fight it.
  • Not a second product for the estate. Client register is a view of the same assets, not a zip of PDFs and not a separate SKU.
  • Seat bands, not a meter. Crew is up to 10 people, Company up to 40. Adding an operative inside the band should not need a calculator.

Crew and Company are card subscriptions for the contractor organisation, monthly or annual (ten months for twelve). Manage the card, cancel at period end, or download invoices in the Customer Portal. Estate stays on invoice. VAT is not added at checkout until Fail List has an active UK VAT registration.

What the price is for

The paid plans cover the full loop: identify assets, inspect, generate a priced fail list, run the job, and close only with the evidence the remedy requires — without Excel, WhatsApp, or a separate quoting tool. Pilot lets you start without a card; Crew and Company are the paid seat bands.
